I am one of the many people who, after escaping via multiple career options including banking and Civil Services, finally realised that practising music completes me in more ways than one. Also, with my father, Late Mr. Dhrubajyoti Sarma, being one of the pioneers of rock and roll music in Northeast India, wanting to pursue music as a career and a lifestyle makes a lot of sense to me. I have graduated in the Foundation Programme (Voice Major) from A.R. Rahman's Music Foundation, Chennai, been trained in Hindustani Classical Vocal By Mrs. Tanushree Saha and also in guitar by Mr. Steeve Vatz.
