I am a Professional dancer based out of India, Jharkhand. My Specializes in Kathak dance. I belong to the long lineage of Lucknow Gharana. I started my dance at the age of 10 years. I have achieved the title of "GUINNESS WORLD RECORD HOLDER" for most kathak dance spins in one minute and also achieved the title of "INDIA BOOK OF RECORD". I am a disciple of Padmavibhushan of Pt. Birju Maharaj Ji. I have obtained a Post-graduation certificate course in Kathak dance from Kalashram (A Institute of Pt. Birju Maharaj Ji) and also done my Prabhakar degree in Kathak from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. I have performed in the various platform in India and abroad also both as a soloist and as a part of the guru's repertory.

I have given Kathak performances in many dance festivals in different states. Like- Khajuraho (M.P), Bihar Utsav, World culture festival, International India Classical Dance festival, Sadhna Festivals, Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, Mahakumbh ( Allahabad), Diksha: Guru Shishya Parampara organized by IGNCA, Raas Vilass by Purvai, Ganga Nrityotsava in Varanasi, Durga Rang Mahotsava for Arjun Mishra Award, Ghat-sandhya by Govt of Varanasi etc. I have worked for Doordarshan- Delhi, DD Bharti, Bihar govt., Jharkhand govt., Delhi’s govt., IGNCPA- Delhi, ONGC- Delhi, and NDMC- Delhi. I have also performed in WCF (world culture festivals) & Vigyan Bhawan in front of Rajnath Singh (Home Minister).

I have been awarded Navodita Pratibha Samman, Guru Shiromani Samman by Vice President of Qatar, Pt. Arjun Mishra award by Pt. Anuj Mishra ji etc. I am fortunate to get the opportunity to work with many renowned artists: Legendary Kathak maestro Padmavibhushan Pt. Birju Maharaj ji, Pt. Jai Kishan Maharaj ji, Saswati Sen, Guru Shikha Khare, Rachna Yadav ji etc.

I have also worked with Mahendra Mewati - renowned artist of National School of Drama (NSD). I have choreographed many dance sequences and scenes in various projects under the direction of the Arvind Singh. I have choreographed many dance sequences and scenes in various projects under the direction of the same artist. I have choreographed Devdas, Poos ki Raat, Crime & Punishment, Assi Baheria (Based on Banaras), Katha ek Kans ki, Rudali, Right or Wrong, Rudaali, Seedhiyan, etc.
