A software engineer by profession, Rajeev Anand is a passionate singer from Bangalore greatly influenced and inspired by one of the most versatile singer of Bollywood, late Mohd Rafi sahab. He endeavors to bring in the necessary emotions and melody to soulful songs and tries to reach out to the hearts of the audience. Rajeev has been performing in prestigious clubs like Bowring Institute, Karnataka State Cricket Association, Bangalore Golf Club, Koramangala Club to name a few apart from performances in private stage shows in Bangalore. Time to time, he can be seen performing at few NGOs to do his bit to entertain the differently abled people. Specialise in bollywood and kannada melodies (retro and metro). In the last 3 years, performed in over 70+ shows which includes various clubs, stage Live and Karaoke shows, NGOs, private parties. People who listen, say I have a soothing voice and many people come over and bless me after the show. I feel very fulfilled when they do that. Have also recorded a couple of songs in a devotional album and recently recorded a solo number in yet to be released Kannada movie. Though I sing songs of every popular singer, more popularly known for Rafi saab's songs.
