Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, shortlist, and onboard top-tier talents including actors, models, singers, influencers, DJs, anchors, and live bands.
- Talent Development: Provide guidance and support to talents, helping them grow their careers and achieve their professional goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with talents, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and identify emerging talents and opportunities.
- Networking: Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate talent acquisition and collaboration opportunities.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to ensure the successful participation of talents in various events and engagements.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of talents, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies as needed.
- Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with talents, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Brand Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote talents and their projects through various channels.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent management, casting, or a related field.
- Network: Strong network within the entertainment and media industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion: A genuine passion for the entertainment industry and a keen eye for identifying and nurturing talent.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
