Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualise, produce and execute multiple creative outputs per day across all social media platforms FB, Instagram & LinkedIn (including, but not limited to, standard posts, re-cuts of how-to videos, animated GIFs, etc.). Content should be culturally relevant, integrate influencer partners and events, product and promotions
• Design and retouch social posts, plus make modifications to existing creative, as needed
• Create and edit short videos, animations and gifs using raw footage captured with camera phones
• Contribute to brainstorms with cross-functional team to help surface new, innovative ways to create digital/social content
• Lead the social team in discovering and using apps that can allow them to execute basic design duties
• Report regularly on competitive brand activity. Research niche brands and creative/editorial outlets for the latest trends and inspiration
Required Qualifications/Skills
• Minimum Qualification required- Graduation
• The candidate should be able to commit at least 2 months towards the internship, post which there is a high probability of absorbing the candidate
• Proficient in the written and verbal communications
• Previous relevant internships will get you bonus points
• Proficient in Adobe CC, CorelDraw, Final Cut Pro
• Concept-driven designer with strong working knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.
• Stays knowledgeable in current and trending opportunities in social media
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• Innovative, self-motivated, challenge status quo and are looking for ways to improve things
• Comfortable with ambiguity and being part of complex strategy discussions.
• Self-aware, demonstrate integrity and most importantly enjoy what you do.
• Actively participate in office functions and/or team-building activities.
• Present confidently and persuasively along with dressing appropriately
• Portfolio available for review
