How can I cancel my Auto-Renewal of PRO Membership?

Click on the box on your dashboard that displays the number of days left for your PRO Membership to expire. The next page will tell you the date your auto renewal is due for. Click on the ‘?’ symbol beside it, you’ll get a pop up that says ‘If you wish to stop your scheduled auto-renewal, please send us your request. We will mail you the instructions shortly.’ Click on ‘send us your request’ to get the necessary steps on your registered email address.

अपने डैशबोर्ड के उस बॉक्स पर क्लिक करें जिसमें आपकी PRO Membership खत्म होने में बचे दिनों की संख्या दिखाती है. अगले पेज पर आपको बताया जाएगा कि आपके ऑटो रिन्यूवल की तारीख क्या है. इसके बगल में,  ‘?’ के निशान पर क्लिक करने पर, आपको एक पॉप अप मिलेगा. इसमें बताया जाएगा कि ‘अगर आप सेट किए गए ऑटो-रिन्यूवल को रोकना चाहते हैं, तो कृपया हमें अनुरोध भेजें. हम आपको जल्द ही मेल के ज़रिए निर्देश भेजेंगे.’ इसके लिए ज़रूरी तरीकों की जानकारी अपने रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल पते पर पाने के लिए ‘send us your request’ पर क्लिक करें.
